Rachel Hennessy is a principal in the Financial and Forensic Consulting Services Group at Hemming Morse. With more than 12 years of consulting experience related to accounting and fraud investigations, damages consultation and restructuring matters, she has worked in a wide variety of industries, including financial services, banking, healthcare, manufacturing and technology, as well as municipal governments and sovereign entities.
Rachel has worked on forensic accounting engagements for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Department of Justice (DOJ), as well as litigation engagements involving complex accounting issues and audit malpractice matters. She also has experience preparing damages analyses related to patent infringement, copyright infringement, false advertising, acquisition disputes, breach of contract and other business issues related to complex litigation.
