Steven Boyles is a partner in the Forensic and Financial Consulting Services Group at Hemming Morse. His practice involves consulting with clients and counsel regarding accounting investigations, complex economic analysis and the valuation of businesses and business assets.

Steven focuses on the evaluation and quantification of economic damages resulting from infringement of intellectual property (patents, copyrights and trademarks), misappropriation of trade secrets, royalty disputes, breaches, post-acquisition disputes and other complex disputes stemming from contract and tort claims. He has been qualified as an expert in federal and state courts and has also provided testimony at arbitration and mediation proceedings.
