Sacha Zadmehran is a Principal in the San Francisco office of Hemming Morse, LLP, Certified Public Accountants, Forensic and Financial Consultants. Mr. Zadmehran is a CPA licensed in the State of California. He is also Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA), of which he is a member. Mr. Zadmehran is also a member of the California Society of CPAs (CalCPA).
Since joining Hemming Morse in 2005, Mr. Zadmehran has worked on numerous high profile cases in the areas of business and intellectual property valuation, fraud investigation, alter ego analysis, securities litigation, accountant’s professional liability and economic damages involving a wide range of industries. He also consults on transactions and potential litigations.
Mr. Zadmehran graduated from Stanford University in 2000, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science. He also holds a Masters in Journalism from the ESJ-Lille, situated in Lille, France. He has also passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst examination (CFA).
Mr. Zadmehran has previously testified at arbitration.
Since 2011, Mr. Zadmehran has been an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University, where he teaches forensic accounting to graduate students.
