Jeffrey Klein is a principal in the Forensic and Financial Consulting Services Group at Hemming Morse. With more than 12 years of experience, he provides clients with financial advisory services related to forensic accounting investigations, damages consultation, valuation services, and bankruptcy matters.

With engagements spanning a diverse set of industries, Jeffrey consults on matters involving allegations of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and false advertising. Additionally, he has worked on numerous matters involving complex accounting and valuation issues. He has testified as an expert witness in federal court and provided expert opinions related to allegations brought in state court. Jeffrey’s prior experience includes working in Deloitte & Touche’s Dispute Consulting Practice.
