Greg Regan is a Director in the Litigation and Forensic Consulting Services Group in the San Francisco office of Hemming Morse, Inc. He has worked on complex cases with attorneys and clients involving corporate investigations. These have included Securities and Exchange Commission-related inquiries and monitoring pursuant to settlement arrangements, economic damages, intellectual property disputes, professional liability, and construction claims. The cases involved software, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, manufacturing and retail entities. Prior to joining HMI, Greg worked with a “Big Four” CPA firm as well as with a public software company where, as a controller, he obtained extensive experience in the high-technology industry. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and a recent graduate of the Society’s Leadership Institute. Greg received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., and his Masters in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Finance from the University of San Francisco.
