Vanessa Hill is a Director in the Litigation and Forensic Consulting Services Group in the San Francisco office of Hemming Morse, Inc. Her litigation experience includes breach of contract, lost earnings, merger and acquisition disputes, business valuation, accountants’ professional liability, and fraud investigation. She has assisted clients in many areas of the litigation process, including discovery requests, estimation of damages, preparation of trial exhibits, presentation at mediations, and expert testimony. Before joining Hemming Morse, Vanessa worked for two years as a financial analyst at a large national bank. She also spent three years at a regional litigation consulting firm specializing in forensic accounting and bankruptcy fraud. Vanessa, a Certified Public Accountant, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is a past President of the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Chapter of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Vanessa holds a B.S. in Accounting from Pepperdine University and and M.B.A with Emphasis in Finance from the University of San Francisco.
