Dave Breshears is a Manager in the Litigation and Forensic Consulting Services Group in the San Francisco office of Hemming Morse, Inc. He has more than eight years of experience in the field of accounting and has handled a wide variety of litigation issues, including wage-and-hour litigation, construction claims, contractual disputes, business valuations, and fraud investigations. Dave specializes primarily in wage-and-hour litigation and consulting and has performed extensive services in this area. Prior to joining HMI’s Litigation Group, he spent several years in the firm’s Financial Accounting and Compliance Departments. Dave holds a B.S. in Accounting from California State University, Chico. Dave is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
